About Us

I’m Luke Broad and I have put this package of sessions together with my partner, Nicola Marsh.  I am a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy and Time Line Therapy®.  Nicky is a Hypnotherapist who specialises in Weight Loss and Smoking Cessation and holds a diploma in NLP.

In this Smoking Cessation package, we’ll take you through the same hypnotherapy sessions and NLP techniques that have been successfully used in face to face smoking cessation sessions.

What's Included:

There are three sessions included in this package.  These sessions aim to help you remove your negative associations and beliefs regarding cigarettes so that you can feel good, stay strong and motivated and quit this killer habit.

How it works:

Hypnosis is not what people think it is.  Hypnosis does not mean being ‘out of it’ or unaware, it’s just a state of deep relaxation.  Learning to go into hypnosis means learning to allow yourself to relax more deeply.  But you will always be aware and in control, and you will only accept suggestions that are congruent with your beliefs, values and morals.

As you relax deeply and increase your awareness of your thoughts, beliefs and behaviours, you’ll be able to accept new suggestions and develop new thought processes that change your emotional states and behaviours.
